This $200 payment is for one of two things; a non-refundable deposit on your shed or payment for a $200 add-on to your shed. This amount will be deducted from your overall balance.

Deposits reserve a build date for your shed, a date that you and your HSC rep have agreed on. You and HSC may revise the build date to another date that is acceptable to both parties.
